Olympicks: Beats That Didn’t Make Teflon Don

The Olympicks are a production outfit signed to Rick Ross’ Maybach Music Group.

<a href="Beat’s That Didn’t Make Teflon Don“>Beats That Didn’t Make Teflon Don is self explanatory, but it also implies how fierce the competiton was if none of these tracks made Teflon Don.

Some critics of Rick Ross claim that the instrumentals he raps over are more impressive then his lyrics. Personally, I think you need a combination of both,  however some of these instrumentals are nothing short of brilliant.

Never mind making an album, you could easily score a film with some of these tracks.

  1. Did these beats not make it because of samples, or because NOBODY wanted them?
It seems to be a lot of broke rappers that could use thematic beats like these.
