Indie Rapper Lecrae Outsells Major Label Artists
Texas born, Christian rapper Lecrae had his album land at Number 15, in the Billboard Albums chart.
At 21000 records sold in the 1st week, Lecrae’s Rehab: The Overdose has already outsold major label artists such as:
- Ghostface Killah – Apollo Kids – 13k 1st week
- Sheek Louch – Silverback Gorilla – 5k 1st week
- Redman – Reggie – 9k 1st week
- Yelawolf – Trunk Muzik 0-60 -5k 1st week
The Christian rappers indie label Reach/Cross Movement Records, is based out of Philadelphia.

Hey just wanted to let you know that the album cover is wrong that’s the previously released album from October 2010 that sold 26k the first week.
Also it’s just Reach Records which is based out of Atlanta.
